Which vehicles can be armored?

In principle almost any SUV, pickup or sedan can be armored. What changes is the level that makes sense and the work needed for each model.

SUVs, pickups and sedans

SUVs and pickups have more room and load capacity, which makes it easier to carry the armor's weight. Sedans can be armored with good results, usually at moderate levels. See the vehicle catalog.

What is checked before armoring

Mechanical condition, suspension, brakes, tires and bodywork, plus the model and year. A vehicle with faults is best repaired first: the extra weight makes them worse.

Armor yours or buy an armored one
